4. Ergonomic Hazards: Hazards caused by repetitive motions, improper setup of workstations etc. are known as ergonomic hazards.
5. Psychosocial Hazards: Work-related or job-situational factors in the workplace that increase workers’ mental stress, such hazards are called psychosocial hazards. As a result of this, psychosocial hazards are created. Such as depression, discomfort, boredom towards work, etc.
Occupational Hazards: There are many possible hazards in any job. That is, while working in one’s profession, office or factory, there is a possibility of loss of life, property and work environment as a result of an unexpected accident is called occupational risk.

Things to consider while working on computer:
1. The body position should be kept correct while working on the keyboard. To avoid back health risks, use a backside supported chair, and take care to keep the spine straight.
2. Care should be taken to keep the feet parallel to the floor.
3. Avoid bending or rotating the neck.
4. Keep the neck straight. There should be hip or back support, the seating position should be comfortable.
5. There will be a gap between the knees and the table and the feet will be on the ground or floor.
6. The mouse and keyboard should be centered on the table, so that the elbows and hands rest on the table.
7. You have to take a break from time to time.
8. Problems such as headache, eye pain, blurred vision, watery eyes etc. can be created due to the mismatch between the computer monitor and the distance between the eyes. For this, the monitor should be kept parallel to the eyes.
